A monument sign quote from JED Signs costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Fill in the form on this page with what you know, even if that is only an idea, then text or email a photo (336-579-0766 or jedsigns101@gmail.com) and we take it from there.

What happens after you send it

We read the form and reply with any questions, then set a time to see the site. That visit is where we check the setback from the road, the slope, the utilities and the soil, since Greensboro's red clay decides how deep the footing goes. Then you get a drawing with the size, materials and wording laid out. Every sign is quoted by size, materials and lighting, with a drawing and the price in writing before any digging starts. Want changes? We redraw it. Once you approve, we file the permit paperwork and put the install on the schedule.

What helps us price it

Four things get a quote moving fastest. First, a photo of the spot where the sign will stand, taken from the road the way drivers will see it; the form cannot carry pictures, so email it to jedsigns101@gmail.com or text it to 336-579-0766. Second, a rough size: a measurement, or just a comparison like about as wide as a parking space. Third, whether you want it lit, and whether there is power nearby. Fourth, the wording, or at least the name and any address numbers that belong on it.

Extras help too, sent the same way: a logo file, a photo of a sign you like somewhere else, the brick or paint color of your building. For an LED display, say roughly how much text you want showing at once. Not sure what kind of sign fits the spot? Look over the five types we build first.

What sets the cost

Size is the biggest factor, since a wider, taller sign needs more material and a bigger footing. Material comes next: an aluminum post-and-panel sign, a brick base and a stone base all land in different places. Lighting adds parts and an electrical run, and an LED message display is its own line on the quote.

Site conditions count too. A sloped lot, a long trench to the nearest power, or an old sign that has to come out first all show up in the number. For anything that is not about price, the contact page has the phone and email.
